CB 125T engine blowing air back into carb

Been Around the Block
I have a cb 125T and the engine runs good until it gets warm and after some revving it wants to die. i can't set the carbs better then they are now but if i turn over the kickstart slowly i can hear the right side cylinder blowing air back into the carburettor. just a little 'pssst' noise. anyone got an idea what this can be? the valves setting was good last time i checked. anyone an idea?

Check your timing. My cb450 was doing the same thing (rev and engine wanna die No air in carb...) and it was the timing.

yes, i think i'm going to check the valves again. first time i checked them there was no space between rocker arms and valves (after at leat 4 years of not running), the next time after it ran again there was some space, so maybe now the engine has run a bit more...

i'm not going to touch the timing again, it's set pretty good (almost grabbed a hammer to set the timing out of frustration because i couldn't get a decent spark on the right side). there's a place reserved in hell for the guy who designed the ignition contacts to be set with those 2 stupid screws...

I've switch my cb450 point for a dyna-s ignition...best move I have ever made on that bike.
