CB360 - Monoshock Brat

A hugger if some sort might protect but retain the tough look. Front? No ideas yet.

I LOVE THIS BUILD! Sorry to revive this thread but I was wondering if I could see a pic up close of your fuel line routing. I'm at that point in my build and am stumped.

Running stock petcock and mikunis. The choke lever hits the petcock and the hose routing that I can come up with looks like POO!

Thanks

I just happened to check this old thread.

This part of the build stumped me as well. I ended up cutting my choke lever down so it would clear the petcock. As for the fuel line routing check the following image...

This is an old photo so the fuel line that goes to the far carb no longer goes over the first carb, it goes under it.

If you loosen the fuel tap mounting nut you can rotate the tap so lines clear the choke lever. Nut is left hand thread one end and right hand the other so it draws tap into tank and compresses 'O' ring

Just wanted to throw out some props on this build. Very bad ass looking. (if the builder is still around.)

Thank you! I'm still around...over here now: http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=53028.msg593876#msg593876

Awesome-looking CB - very nicely done.

This build is being featured in our directory here: compoundcycles' CB360 Monoshock Brat

At this point, we're only displaying a reduced-size photo (similar to what you'd find in Google Images). We'd like to ask for your permission to publish the original full-size image with your build listing.

If anyone would like to have a build of their own listed, just send me a message with a link to the build thread and we'll take care of the rest.

Ken

Thanks Ken, sure feel free to use any images I've posted in this thread.

Digging this back from the dead - read the whole thread and curious what muffler you ended up going with. Is that from Cone? Thx!

compoundcycles, i'm envious. and irritated. i just bought a 75 cl360 and my vision was nearly exactly what you have done. i wanted the frame and tank in bare metal with highlights of black. the monoshock is awesome, but since i no longer own a welder and wasn't very good at it in the first place i'm not going to do it with this bike. but dang, beautifully done. I'll be reading back through this whole build page by page as I start to tear mine down later this fall. great job.
