Hi there everyone.Been a lurker on this site for some time and love it!!
A few years ago I bought a'77 400/4 with the intention of restoring it to original.It came with a slew of other parts including another frame.My intention was to restore the bike and then cafe the other.Sadly things (as usual)do not go as planned and getting the first one done is getting unlikely.
To that end is anyone interested in a '77 frame with swingarm?The PO cut off most of the lugs he figured he didn't need (he planned to cafe it)but he gave me a box with all of them in.I think I have a pair of fork legs,he had started to fabricate a seat frame and there is an aluminium top triple clamp he had made.At this point I should say there is no ownership but believe the OPP should be able to confirm it is not stolen and give you something so it can be registered.
If anyone is interested let me know,if I can trade for a few bits to get my other on the road so much the better.
I am located in Brighton about 150kms east of Toronto.I work 3 days a week in Aurora so could get it up there if that is any help.
While at work I have limited access to a computer so it could be a few days before I can return a message.I am not ignoring you!!
