CHEAP PROJECT BIKE California

Hey guys I'm looking for a project bike to work on in my spare time. I'm looking for something around 400-650cc, would prefer it to be a little rusty and doesn't have to be complete, but would like if it came with a motor (running or not). Willing to spend $300-$400, maybe a little more but cheaper would be better. I'm located on the central coast, but would be willing to drive north to the bay area or down south around LA if I like what I see.

its here in fresno but apprently runs and is $500 for a 750 looks to be a manual though i could be wrong.
