Hi Guys, noticing after riding a little bit so engine is fully up to temperature I seem to get clutch Judder when I pull away? Any idea's?

Done just over 1000kms from new and using Castrol 10w40 Semi oil

Same problem here that slightly improved with oil change. Bike had 2985kms on clock and I don't think oil had every been changed. Using Castrol T4 10w40 mineral. Next oil change this weekend 4400 kms and am expecting further improvement.

This is in the Skyteam Ace section - that's the bike in question I would expect.

Nothing to report on clutch judder on mine. Make sure that there isn't way to much play (slack) in the clutch cable. Then I suggest trying different approach's to setting off. less revs less slip, more revs more slip. That sort of thing till you find one that works.

Same here; no clutch problems in over 16000.

As Tad says, check cable adjustment, lubrication, no pinch points. Also check levers (both ends of cable) for optimal travel.

I would be astonished if there was actually anything wrong with the clutch itself.

I'm assuming the oil is a motorcycle specific oil; you could also see if a fully mineral oil helps.

Crazy

Oil, oil, oil. I'm with Crazy here. I reckon the last person who owned my bike used some crap oil and it hadn't been changed for a long time.

Changed oil after 1500km and now no clutch shudder.

Remember our bikes only have a small quantity of oil and it does engine and box. Change it every 1-1500 km.

Took two changes to come good.

I would agree with cable adjustment. I have owned 2 and not had any real problem with clutch slip etc.
