do you commute north in the mornings? I saw a BMW cafe a few months ago heading north on Preston at Parker at about 8. I drive that every morning, usually about half an hour earlier though.

Ha! I sure do... woulda been army green... I would have been wearing a brown jacket.. I started tearing it down the week before Thanksgiving, so it would have had to have been before then... But yes.. I work up by Preston and Spring Creek..

And, yes, my place is fine. Can take the tollway down to Addison, then down to Skylers...

Cool. It was definitely before Thanksgiving. I sent rkatapt a pm a couple of days after I spotted you and asked if he had painted his bike green :)

I drive down Preston to Parker almost every morning in this:

The world's not so big after all. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

How are you guys heading to Ft Worth from N Dallas?

Well it sounds like it's going to be four of us coming from Dallas total. Plus Kate and T are hanging out. So I figured we could all come your way, then do 30 over..

Ok so it looks like people are meeting at Matt's at 9:45 then stopping by my place around 10:20 which should put us at Perry's around 11. If you're interesting in coming send either Matt or I a PM and we'll exchange numbers and figure out logistics.

I'd say it was a pretty successful trip. We had 6 DTT members show. Perry showed us around his labyrinth of motorcycle storage buildings. I didn't take a ton of pics, I was too busy checking everything out. He probably had about 30 motorcycles in various stages around his property. Most of them were European and he had some really rare stuff. If you have any pics post 'em up!

It was nice to meet you guys. When you get your bikes going, let me know. I'll ride over to Dallas for some riding.

I thought Perry was going to be pissed when I knocked off his rear fender just after arriving! Doh, I'm such a klutz! He was such a nice guy and seemed very excited that there were people there interested in seeing his bikes.

That first pic has some details that will go on my ride. I call that a successful recon mission. Glad you guys enjoyed yourselves.
