It's that time of year again! 63 days... :D

Consider this the official 'Call for Volunteers' for Ace Corner. We're looking for folks to help out in either the morning (8AM - 12:30PM) or afternoon (12:30 - 5PM) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Also looking for setup/teardown help Thursday and Sunday afternoons.

DO THE TON will be checking passes and telling people where to park their rides at the entrance to the Ace Corner, as well as directing folks who want to enter their eligible bikes in the judged show to that area for registration and display parking.

Waiting for confirmation about Ace passes, but at this point in time we expect it to be the same as in past years. Will update on that in the near future.

Some of you are already on the volunteer schedule- thank you! We do still need help.
We're looking for in the range of 20-30 folks. Ideally we have 3-4 people on each of the shifts, and no repeats. So 8 people a day x 3 days = 24 people.

PM me or email me at haircuttergirl@hotmail.com with your desired time slot and any pertinent details like who else you're volunteering to help out :)

COunt the Michigan three amigos in. We are exceptionally good at telling people where to go.

Coming for the first time this year.
Happy to help, although as a noob I'll need some 'splainin.

I expect to be the support truck for at least some of the Do The Ton Triangle folks from the middle of NC as well.

Looking forward to finally being able to put some faces with screen names.

Cheers,
-Will

All depends on Warrior Coal Co's schedule my man. As of now I'm scheduled to be there over that weekend. Fingers crossed that doesn't change.

Sounds like you need to tell the coal plant that they need to get their priorities straight. Barber>fixing broke mining equipment. Lol seriously though, hope you can make it

He can follow up with tips on how to completely tear it down and turn it into something else.

Can someone provide a break down of events and activities for the weekend? I'm racing in the event so my time is spastic, but I also have bikes to ride and display. Any group rides or night time activities?

I expect to see you curled up around a trailer tire Saturday evening. ;D

95% I'll be there but not sure I can work the gate, standing for long periods is not something I can do at the moment. I'll still help with whatever I can. Need to discuss with the missus if I am riding or flying.
