Here's some additional info.
1973 HONDA CB350- 15,468 original miles, fresly painted frame, wheels, & tank. front & rear tins have been bobbed. new tires (michelin-rear & irc-front) LED tail light, new brakes front & rear. seat has been cut to bobber style. custom exchaust, custom license tag, new battery, new carburator cable. carbs just rebuilt less that 50 miles ago.

Did you buy this bike already or are you looking for suggestions to whether this is a good buy?
Not a bad looking bike. The pods on the carbs may be an issue. If you have access to the original air filters and side covers, I would go that route. If not, you may want to look up CrazyPJ on this site to go through those carbs and install some K&N or Uni filters. Also add some proper mufflers to your list.
