Hey all. I am in the Raleigh area and have had this bike for about 5 years now. I've tinkered with it on and off, and it still needs a lot of work done. Going to take my first attempt at re-building the carbs hopefully this week. (Which may set me out of commission for a while lol. But I am looking to buy a new more reliable bike to have while this one is being worked on.

Eventually I'd like to find a group of people to ride with, discuss old bikes such as these with. Maybe learn a thing or two, and hopefully get to the point where I can share a thing or two.

I'm not on Facebook, so I'd probably be posting here mainly.. Doesn't look too active here, but still thought i'd take a shot and say hello to any Raleigh people out there. Anyway, I hope to meet some of y'all sometime, and I'll try to be as active as I can here on the boards.

Welcome aboard. I'm not in Raliegh but there's a handful of members in that area.

As for the cb360 carbs, they are very straightforward to rebuild and very well documented (trek97's CB360 thread).

Has to be a vintage bike club in the area. We have one in Knoxville. I'll check with some members to see if they know any over there.

Welcome to DTT bud. 8)

Post a pic of your machine.

What makes you think your carbs need rebuilding? OMG I did not just open "that" can of worms, OR did I?

ha ha...like that picture.

Welcome to the madness of carb rebuilding.......I have 3 sets of different carbs strung out on the bench right now.

Hey! I’m in Fuquay! I’ve got some experience rebuilding cb carbs. I also have a decent amount of spare carb parts. Give me a holler any time!
