going tubeless

Hi all
I'm hoping to go tubeless on a CB750KZ (spoke wheels)-wondering if any one's used a economical wheel swap-comstars, kwaka/yami wheels?
Also whats the latest on TUBliss and similar MX systems can they cope with 120km/hr plus?, is it road legal? can it fit any "80s Japanese spoke wheel?

Why tubeless? What’s the advantage (in the real world on the street)?

Going to a heavy mag wheel is going to more than eliminate any benefit you get from going tubeless. Unless you use fancy magnesium wheels or something I guess.

I’m not familiar with the tubeless conversion systems out there - but I’d explore the reason for doing it first.

It's well documented that you can use 3M 4111n sealing tape to seal a stock, non-tubeless rim for the conversion, but the rim needs a safety bead to seat properly and hold it on the rim if you puncture the tire.

This is the method I'll be using next month to convert my Africa Twin rims to tubeless.

All based on experience-I'm sure there will be technical arguments suggesting otherwise......
Mainly for roadside repair ease-I know an external plug can ruin a tubeless tire when reaming the hole etc.-but when covering routine distance on a motorway I've found this preferable to tube patching. Also do a bit of 2-up riding-never experienced a rapid flat on a tubeless but had rapid flats on tubes  After 15 years on mainly tubeless maybe I'm getting lazy.....
