Thanks mate cannot believe how slow its been going but then with the missus been poorly time just flies at least i can see the end in site finally decided on a tank but gonna take some sorting to fit etc but keep giving myself a challenge i usually paint outside in the back yard so may have to wait till spring to get it painted , not too happy with shape of seat but its not finished so i can tweak it a little as usual a couple more pics as to what ime trying to produce and still a tribute to the wife , bless her
At last a little bit more work done to the old project been awhile but lockdown helps a bit, definitely on the home stretch should be well sorted for summer , finally finished the wiring got the gauges fitted and my idiot light set up including gear select indicator fuel tank sorted just need a fuel tap outlet then I can spray it up as soon as the weather warms up mocked up and cut the foot peg brackets just a little fettling and the pegs are on happy days as always here's a few pics showing the slow progress keep spannering gang
cheers mate its a the little fiddly bits that are taking time plus I still think wiring is a dark art but the little bits are what makes this one special
slowly making it closer to the finish line, sorted detailing of the footrests etc went the polished finish route see before and after pics and sync the carbs too running sweet, just got to polish the footrest brackets was gonna paint them same as the frame
