figured i would share... we are doing some pretty extensive work for a customer on his T sport...

day he brought it home

after a few changes and some pipes

real tear down starts

and some of the powder we have laid so far

love the risers and broom stick bars. where did u get them? and what make are they.
i would like to get some for my triumph or sporty.
looks killer with the fairing aswell.

the bars are 12in westcoast T bars, the ones on the bike now are actually for sale! the owner is 6'8 so we are going to a 16 in rise. if yiour intrested in the bars I can find out about the make. we also sell their bars in shop or can custom fab you a set if you would like them in 7/8 for your Triumph or different sizes for your sporty in 1 inch.

are the risers and bars all one piece?
also, the ones on the first bike, are they 12 inch? i would love a set on my triumph. with straight broom stick bars.

few updates on the T sport

got some more powder work done

cleaned up the casting marks

made an air cleaner cover as well

installed the rubber on the wheels and the rotors

here are some more updated pics, now we can start assembly

look how much cleaner the trees look since they where shaved

well assembly has begun!

front end is all assembled, forks rebuilt, fresh fluids

coated the backing plate

cam cover, cluch cable cover, air cleaner assembly completed and installed

installed the fender strut covers, coated all the saddle bag hardware as well, coated the top battery box cover

got the inner and outter primary all buttoned up with new seals and what not

even coated the end adjusters

hog rida plate coated, and coated a trim ring to tie it all in nice

pipe on!

wanted to share some pics of the final product after paint. here is the dyna that we built/powder coated for Mark late last year... since then he had Chad @ Copperhead graphics work his magic on the paint... now it is a complete package... to tie it in mark and John Miho did the motor work and the heads where done by Kendall Johnson has a mean 95" build with 585 S&S cams
have to say this bike is insane! Mark looking forward to putting some miles on with you this summer bud!
