Ok sorry for being so dramatic.
I have the option of buying some r6 rearsets for a killer deal. However..........
I noticed the pivot for the shift rod on the lever is on top (opposed to the bottom like most cafe bikes)
Top (Rod behind ball joint): http://www.leesinc.com/images/sport/rearset2.jpg
Bottom (Rod in front of ball joint) :
The problem being the rod will not have the correct angle for the splined shaft.
Why? you ask....
Because the shift rod sits on the back not the front on the ball joint. Thus creating a weird angle.

My QUESTION:
Are the holes for the pivot on the lever assembly universal for other model bikes? Basically can you change shift levers from other model crotch rockets, IE: gsxr shifter lever on an r6 rearset mount. Or vice versa a r6 shift lever on a gsxr rearset mount?
