Hey guys, just picked up an 85 GS450L for the wife a couple weeks ago for 200$. It's in decent shape, got it running without too much effort.

Been reading some threads on here and looking forward to getting more info and maybe contributing some of the build.

Absolutely. It's a little rough and one cylinder was low on compression and burning oil. That's all taken apart now and just waiting for some gaskets.
