Yes it's a Fiat 500 595 not sure what engin it has but it has quad exhausts and absolutely flys !!! It's Hadley's so I'll ask him what the spec is

Yes the tank is from the CG Brazilian with the lugs ground down and there's no welding needed as they are below the weld line
