Honda Element Love?

Coast to Coast
Any element lovers here? I've seen someone put two Vespas in the back, and my superhawk is about the same size. It's going to be my next cage for sure.

Yup, there's several of us here. I have a 2003 EX AWD. Was able to fit a Rebel 250 in the back. Makes it easier if you compress the forks with a ratchet strap to lower the height.

I am an old honda tuner, and my ex roommate had an element, and I have to admit......they are pretty awesome! I still want a Subaru Forester XT, but I have entertained the idea of an Element SC a few times. Although......does kind of feel like driving a fish tank at times.

I'm a commercial photographer and travel with tons of gear, so I can (almost) justify buying one as a business expense. I'm glad to know it could get me an my bike to a out of town rally.

I own an 04 awd ex. I absolutely love it. I MAY be able to fit my lil 350 in the back if I got it level before pushing it in, but I have a towing package anyhow. If you are looking at transporting whole motorcycles I don't think you will be happy you need a pickup for that really. I do however love it because I am a messy person and find the interior to be quite accommodating. Easy to clean and doesn't look terrible even when messy. I love how my rear seats fold up but find it annoying to not see out the side rear windows when driving. Really easy to just pop those guys out though. Thing is fantastic in the snow. The engine is underpowered for a vehicle it's size and you will miss the acceleration you get from a v6 but the gas mileage can't be beat for a vehicle it's size I get around 24/gal. I can't believe they stopped making them, it's the kind of automobile you love even though it's not the newest on the block and when pressed to think of one i'd rather own I am pretty stumped. F

The SC version is my least favorite. My buddy has one. It rides lower, has a big center console, and has carpeting in the passenger compartment. It sort of defeats the utilitarian aspect of the vehicle. It feels significantly smaller than mine for whatever reason. I like the old forester xt and seriously considered buying one but it just doesn't have near the capacity of the element.

I drive one. It's been great for hauling bass gear (musician), mountain bikes, bike parts, shit anything. The suicide doors make it easy to get stuff in and out, the rear seats fold up or come out, and they are stadium seating so passengers can see over the front seats! The motor is gutless but that's why I have bikes, right? It even does ok pulling a small trailer with a couple dirt bikes on it. The AWD works great in the snow. 150,000 miles and counting.
