hy-vo primary chain?

Anyone know what's involved in swapping the cb750A crank into a cb750F bottom end? I researched the crank and it appears to be the same except the hyvo primary drive, but what needs to be done to the transmission to make this work? I could get heavy duty primary chains and tensioner from cyclex, but $540 kinda defeats the purpose of this franken-build

It's not just the crank that needs to be swapped.
The primary or just other side of the chain also has to be swapped.
I believe that the one from an early GL1000 is what's unused. I know there is a right up on the sohc board.

Not to make this more of a project, but why not swap in the cb900f crank and make a stroker?
Uses the same hyvo chains.
Use cb1100f rods or just make a small spacer for under the block.
