Jarrod, where's my seat?!?!

Jarrod, I've sent numerous emails inquiring about the seat and pad I ordered on April 28th, you've responded to none of them.

I'm hoping that if they got I to your junk folder you'll at least see this.

Please, man a brother needs a seat. Summer is upon us and everyday I get home from work just hoping to see a box at my door...nothing...day after day, week after week.

I know shit gets crazy, I understand that but it's been nearly 4 weeks.

If it's not happening, fine, just credit me back the $.

Thanks
Joe

However, the one I responded to this morning before I saw this is the first I have seen from you.

Well the seat arrived today.
That is where my happiness ended.
At first appearance it looked great but when I looked at the back of the seat, I noticed there is no back!

http://slipstreamcycle.com/seats/road-race-seat

The middle picture clearly shows a back and the description says it has a 1/2" recessed area. The one you made and sent to me has nothing but a opening, an incomplete seat.

I'm beside myself at this point, a month and a half to get it and it's not what I ordered.

I assume you'll make this right.

I called you at the end of April and ordered the Jim lee style seat with pad.

Please do build the seat I ordered.

Thank you.

Since you don't respond to an email sent 6 days ago, I'll post here.

Dude seriously, this is absolutely insane!

First, it takes 1.5 months to get a seat that you said would be a week or so.

Second, the seat you sent me isn't even complete, it's missing the back(1/2" recessed portion).

Third, when I inquire about it, you say you'll build a new one when back at the shop(it was the weekend). Still haven't heard one word from you.

I don't know if you're hoping I'll just go away or forget I spent nearly $200 on a seat that is incomplete.
I'm not going away nor will I forget.

I expect a complete seat from you before I send back the seat you sent me back.

Also, the pad, that somehow took the price from $100 to $192, I understand shipping cost but $75 for a piece of foam that looks like a 5 year old cut it is insane.

As a business owner myself, I'd be embarrassed to provide such deplorable customer service and procuct to my customers.

Please, tell how and when you intend to resolve this.

I feel I've been more than flexible and patient but enough is enough.

Thanks, Joe

Ive been in the same situation with this guy with my rear sets he sent me the wrong part & promised to exchange it. I paid $30 (on top of $200 product) to overnight the part back to him on 04-07-14 he reasures me that he recieved my return I and never hear from him after that even though i sent MANY emails. Then he sends me an PM on 05-08-14 claiming he sent me 9 emails which non of them got to me and asks me for my address (which he should of already had) so that he can send me the part. It is now July and i have nothing from him and no replacement part! I gave up hope and paid someone else to make the brake pivot bracket for me and was going to cut my losses and let it go but apparently he is doing this to other people!!!!

you can see my posts in this thread about the wrong piece!! posted 04-02-14

Joe,

I sent you an e-mail on the 15th requesting you return the seat to me, and I would send the one I built the next day to you. I never heard back from you, until this.

Ivan, you told me that you purchased a set for a 360, I told you that I would gladly exchange the part. I then looked at your order. It had been placed six months prior, and for a 350, which is what you were sent. At which point you were e-mailed and told you could purchase the 360 piece, not another word until now.

HAH I did explain to you that i purchased the set 6 months prior and you were ok with exchanging it also maybe you might want to take a look at your ordering system because it looks like im not the only one who recieved incorrect items!!! the part about you emailing me about PURCHASING the cb360 part is simply not true. I dont even want the piece anymore.

Ivan,

Have just posted a photo of what you ordered. Are you saying that is incorrect?

I don't mind you guys using the site to sort this out but let's not post personal info like home addresses on the site.

No such email was ever sent. It's not in my trash box, it's not in my spam box, it's not in my inbox.

If you are suggesting that I pay for shipping for an incorrect item sent to me, you are sadly mistaken. Why don't you send me the correct seat along with a prepaid shipping label and I will happily return you the incomplete seat.

Or, I can have my attorney wife contact you and or PayPal. And if you think I'm BS'ing go ahead and call my bluff.

I'm not the one who screwed up here Jarrod, you are. Which means it's on you to make it right.

When the kit was ordered i inquired about the cb360 kit via pm because you had it listed on do the ton! You or whoever was taking orders at the time told me to place an order for the cb350 kit and simply note that i have a cb360 NOT 350 which I DID!
I would have had no problem paying for a new bracket if thats what you told me to do from the begining! Why would i send back an item knowing you wouldn't exchange it but instead i would need to purchase a new one. Seems like anytime someone on here posted something about your service you come up with stories why they're wrong. MAYBE your service really does suck. Anyways this is all irrelevant at this point as my bike is now complete and on the road WITHOUT your bracket, just wanted to warn others about your service.

p.s. - i know you're a small mom and pops shop hence why i didnt want to post anything initially! I myself work at a business run a family and 2 employees and almost every day there are situation in which your product is questioned but YOU sir need to learn how to deal with people if you want return customers.

He must be too busy with other things to run his business.

Or simply didn't see these posts, or emails, or phone call from my wife(attorney), or he did reply to emails but none of us got them...

AbsoFUCKINGlutely ridiculous.

First and last time I order from Slipstream Cycle.
