Lusted after bikes my whole life, finally bought my first 2 years ago and learned to ride in the parking lot of the dealer before I went home...that night I hit a dear and kept going, 2 days later I rode the Blue Ridge Parkway...in a downpour..lol

now i'm on my second bike, learning to fix it myself, with another bike sitting in the garage waiting for some money to get it running...

1963 was the year.

Built my first mini bike around 73-4 out of two and rode the first weeks with only a string for a throttle, from then on I was hooked on two wheelers. I have owned and ridden a lot of different bikes mostly Japan made, raced Yamaha when it was yellow and Honda before water. I did a little road racing in Florida and Colorado then back to the dirt in Colorado and finally in Nebraska where we had an open to the public 8/10ths of a mile MX track.

Now I work, try to build something to keep my joints from seizing up and antagonize people here

Ha,ha - me too ............ now 72 ( 73 in March ) and still building and plotting. Aw shit, I'm still building one of the bikes on my previous post. Guess I'll just have to live a little longer.

34, been riding since i could walk basically. Only had bike license for 10 years though! And not really into the café scene at all, too much asshattery.. i just ride and love my thruxton and the custom bikes. Love sporty riding equally as much as laid back cruising. And mud!
