just got my seat back

Had Guy's Upholstery do my seat. Made a fiberglass pan to fit the seat cowl and then shaped the foam and had it wrapped in this vynil, really soft almost like a faux suede. Going to be painting the tank and cowl this weekend.

Very nice - a professional upholstery job really makes a difference on a project bike.

I still have to decide on a color. I am taking suggestions. I was thinking either a vintage cream/off white with a tan stripe to match the seat...or I was thinking a satin light grey/silver. I'm terrible at making color decisions

So with a vintage white I'm thinking about a tan or gold stripe. Im going to brass plate a few pieces on the motor when I tear it down next summer

Looks awesome! I just had my wife's seat done yesterday a similar colour but a leather look rather than suede

That looks awesome! I really dig that color. The only reason I didn't go with leather is because I didn't want to have to mess with maintaining it (out here in AZ leather needs looked after like a child near a pool)
