Shortened my first spacer a little to centralise the rim! Second one made but being 34mm long it looked too long so I wanted to break it up. I grooved it to take 2 o rings.
I now have a rolling bike again.

Swapped my compound slide for a milling slide and machined a square face to an off cut of aluminium, then using a slot mill put a few slots in. Then mounted it to the bike. One less job to

Hi! We are in the final steps of a remake of a er5 but having some issues with the carburator, I see that you have those nice looking pod:s, what are they, what brand, where did you buy them etc?
We see that our carburator is clean and good but the engine won't take rounds, worked before the removal of the horrible airfilterbox.
Also I'm intrested in the jet thing you bought from ebay, do you have a link to the seller?

And the main question, is your engine running as it should after the changes you've made?

True... But now it doesn't fit inside anymore. So there is no turning back.

Not had it running since stripping it down. Jet kit was online and cost £48ish

Anything new to report on the ER5 cafe racer please. I am also in the process of a rebuild.
