keihin/keihin carb swap

I have posted on this project previously, and specifically the diaphram carbs for my 1975 cb360t. I'm struggling with fouling plugs. The other carbs I've had success with were all cable operated slides. I have a bank of four keihin with an outlet diameter of 30mm that I'm wondering if I could fit two of these for my 360. I've seen that the mikuni vm30 are popular, these look about the same. the bike has stock exhaust and retrofitted uni pods stuffed inside the original metal airboxes.

My other thought is that it’s not my carburetion or fuel that is a problem at all. Would low compression hence oil blow by cause plugs to be filed within one 15 minute ride?
The bike does smoke I’ll be exhaust and I’m pretty sure the compression is around 100 in both cylinders. It’s kind of difficult to test it well since my starter is on the fritz and kick start Produces about 100 psi. I already plan on putting new rings in but was holding off until I got it to run decently.
