Re: Lazarus - 1975 Cl360 -(anybody got a 1.0 oversized piston?)

Haven't checked thread for a while.
I'm pretty sure I have a pair of 1mm over pistons with about 800 miles on them, I'll check over the next few days

Re: Lazarus - 1975 Cl360 - long time no post

haven't been on the site for quite a while but figured i'd post an update:

Got the wiring issue worked out, can't even remember what the specific problem was right now.

Got the engine honed and bored and +1mm pistons installed. I was expecting to see a noticeable difference in power but it's not really significant.
The bike runs great now though. Took the shop months to finish which was super obnoxious but I got the bike back in time for the summer weather. It starts up on the first kick and I haven't had any problems.

Next thing to do is get my seat upholstered. I have to decide first though if i want to cut the rear end of my frame off. Currently I can squeeze my girlfriend on the back but we don't do a lot of rides together so.... probably gonna do some more chopping.

Re: Lazarus - 1975 Cl360 - (long time no post)

i got a starter delete plug off e-bay. i'd already taken the chain off and maybe the cog? it's been too long since i've messed with the bike. anyway. doing a little research and i'm not sure what i need to remove. the starter obviously but do i need to go deeper than that?

Bike was parked outside my apartment in Seattle next to ten other motorcycles. I guess mine was coolest because none of the others got stolen.

I'm gonna miss that temperamental bitch.
I guess keep your eyes open for my next build.
