Well I figured I'd get this out of the way now, so I can stop whoring this bike out.

For those who don't want to wade though the 80 page build thread, I'll sum it up:
The frame was cleaned up, with the seams welded and new subframe made
Fiberglass/Kevlar tank and seat were made
Lucas headlight bucket w/ H4 lens
Mini speedo/tach, and bar switches rewired to switches between the gauges
New 14mm master cylinder/braided line
Front brake components polished and rotor drilled and deglazed
CB650 fork tubes with damper valves (the mikesxs knock-offs of the first gen Race Techs. They work very well-the front end isn't at all spongy or bouncy-tightened them half way between the street and race settings, fyi.)
Steel Dragon velocity stacks in lieu of the airbox or pods
Back half of the wiring harness rewired to fit under the seat hump
Fresh steering head bearings (tapered roller), wheel bearings and bronze swing arm bushings
Custom Dymanics flush-mount LED tail light shaved to fit the look of the bike
LED brake light strip tucked under the seat
Billet top triple clamp and rear sets
14.2" Hagon shocks
Stretched the kick stand
Most bolts replaced with stainless allen and hex-head bolts.
Bead blasted the hubs and engine covers, painted the cylinders/head and engine mounting brackets
40 tooth aluminum rear sprocket (up 3...but soon to go back down 2 ::) )
Chopped front fender
Powdercoated the rims, new spokes, Avon Roadrider tires
Kerker header with Harris Racing can

Yeah, yeah... we get it... you've still got to wait a few more weeks before the Kaw comes down and your 550 gets its own bike of the month banner. I'm certainly glad I wont be competing against you in any way.

Oh... and great fucking job on the bike man. It's beyond a doubt one of the coolest ones on the site.

This bike is really nice. It looks like it came from the factory like that, the tank and seat are both amazingly perfect!

Still beautiful everytime I see it Ringo.

Tell me, how do you feel now it is finished mate? Do you have that sense of loss that the build is done and dusted or is it relief?

I am in some ways dreading the completion of my build as I love tinkering around in the garage.

Your bike is so nice I had to run out to the garage and push my bike over for sucking so bad

LMFAO That was the funniest shit I've read. Fuck I can't stop laughing.

Great bike, How are those stacks? I’m thinking of buying them for my 550f SS. My box and boots are leaking are like a sieve. What size jets did you use?

The stacks are great, much better behaving than pods so far. Main jets are 110, needle position is middle.
