What kind of unholy abominations are goin on in your garages!? Airhead with DR forks? CB/GSXR?
Post some pics and specs. Lookin for some inspiration.

I have a Gs750 with a GS550 front end. Not that exciting really.

Actually thats really interesting. How easy are the suzuki models to interchange. I have a 77 gs400 that would be fun to do if there are direct bolt in swaps.

I've did a few.

'95 Gsxr on my '76 Kz900.

'89 Zx7/'91 Zx11 hybrid on my '78 Kz1000.

And a Zrx11/Zx11/Cbr1100XX hybrid on my '83 Gpz750.

The 750 and the 500 have the same size forks, I rebuilt the 500 forks and put them into the 750 tree.

99 GSXR750 front end, with RC51 rotors on my '79 xs750. I machined custom triple trees to correct the offset(and trail), machined a custom axle and spacers to retain stock wheel and speedo drive, and machined rotor adaptors. did some wiring to make the GSXR handlebar controls work as well. 1/4 turn throttle is SWEET!

I'm also putting a 2005 ZX10 front end on another xs750 in a similar fashion, an early inverted zx-7r front end on a cx500, and a TL1000r front end on a cb550.

yes, I'm obsessed with resto-mod cafe racer builds.

I also helped put a suzuki boulevard front end on a cb360.

82 CB750K is 2010 CBR front end. Just about wrapped up with this project. Have the wheels left to paint and get everything laced back up.

thats good work on the 750 but it sure looks low :-\
you would have needed to gain ride height over stock to be classified as an upgrade, did you ?or is it a show bike ?

Bar hopper/show bike. Mainly going to be for zipping around town. It is low, though.

OhioCafeRacer inspired me to do a front end swap almost 10 years ago. While not exactly an uncommon sight anymore, this 1969 CB350 has had the '98 R1 inverted front end on for 8+ years waiting for everything else to come together and a NT650 swingarm with a RVF400 18x4.5 rear (no recent pics on phone) for 4 years now. One day I'll get everything else finished between the Army, kids and work, one day..

Here's mine, a modified Honda VTR1000F fork on a 1984 CB700SC (Nighthawk). I had to use custom length stanchions on the VTR fork lowers as the NH has very long forks. To get the steering geometry in the right ball park I had to slip the forks up, but it got a little complicated when I used slightly lower rear shocks (oem KYB shocks for the Kawasaki). I had to rejigger the back shock mounting points to raise the back.

It turned out greeat and the bike has proved to be a real hoot to ride.

That looks good! Getting a little off topic, but could you upload a few pics of how you have your headlight ears attached to the forks? Looks like some sort of metal strap?
