The bike is a homage to the Fiat G91 of the Italian aerobatic team Frecce Tricolori.

what happened to the front fairing idea? i thought that looked great.

is the front tyre oversized? it looks like a lot of visual weight.

I have not given up on that idea, thanks for the support. I dont have an english wheel, so I will have to Slap some metal into shape with a hammer. We will see how that goes....
The front wheel could be a little smaller I agree, I ordered the same dimesions as another build. They had tested it and said it worked good so i went for the same.

I just love Guzzis ! In the 80's I built a Cafe Racer along similar lines ....... wish I'd kept it etc.,etc....

Here it is part finished - the seat was lowered to follow the top frame rail and fitted with Stainless pipes and Contis. New DelOrtos fitted after this pic [ NOT painted !! ] and all the fixings were replaced with new polished stainless cap heads.
