Already did a quick intro elsewhere so I thought I'd fly this by the regionals.
Also changed my username to jive with other forums.
Thought I'd do a quick intro. Recently picked up this turd, '81 Suzuki 400 rat/bob starter project (thanks Kyle). It runs but is need of some TLCuttin'.
That said, It's the first bike i've had in ten years or so. It's my first project bike for sure. I know squat about metal working or fabrication or motorcycle carbs for that matter. Could probably fill up a couple o pages on questions but this aint the forum for it.
I'm in Southern Utah now, where it has been cold and raining as of late but am moving to Boise in the next month or so, so if anyone knows some shitty dives to drink at let me know. I'm itchin; to get to work on the bike, but no sense in tearing it down only to loose parts in the move. Guess I'll just have to "settle" on puttin around town. Cheers.
