My first, a 1971 CL350

Damn, sure has been a while since I worked on the bike...Put on a new tach and spark advancer thanks to DJelliot, thanks man!


Seems to have helped, I redid my valve clearance and ignition timing, now my ignition seem a lot closer to firing correctly.
Cleaned carbs again, and put on new o rings and gaskets. Everything is now put back on the bike. Couldn't get it to start last night though. Think it might be my battery....voltage is 9.2 volts according to my DMM...is this to low to get a good spark?


Hopefully I didn't screw anything up too bad dicking around with stuff I don't fully understand, but I am defnitely learning a lot from my mistakes, just want to ride this thing though!


Gonna try to charge it today and see what happens.
