after sorting out some stuff arount the Clutch and the head the bike is finally running...

Have to sort out the carb Settings in the next weeks - but it almost runs!!

Hi all,

the bike were updatet in the last months. Put some more Titan screws on the bike, constructed a new brake-holder for the rear Brembo-caliper (former a Apriliia 1000 Part), new exhaust flanges, a new "lighter" Kickstart and some new parts in the engine...

Today I had the opportunity to make some pics outside... but the sun was not bright enough... but you can see now the bike with all the minor updates...

Today I fitted some softer brake pads into the frontbrake... fine-tuning...

Any reason you didn't lower the forks internally instead of pushing them through the clamps? Please tell me not laziness bc that thing is beautiful.

Hi yes there is a reason for pushing the forks through the clamps...

I wanted a bike that had a very good Chassis and handling - and the R6 fork has exactly this position on the original bike (the clip-ons were over the clamps original). I tought that lower the forks will have a bad effect on the handling!

It's already been said Peter, but your build is of factory standard. If Yamaha reproduced your bike, they would sell them by the bucket load. Congratulations from Titan Performance on a fabulous result.

if Yamaha had this as factory Standard (I only used titanium screws...) the had to sell such a bike for 25000 Dollars... 8)

Hi all...

as you all know a bike like mine is never ready... you find always parts to replace... So I did some things over the last months... The biggest Thing was to repair the forks... the are now 28mm shorter and is completely overhouled.

Will see tomorrow if the bike drives now how I expect...
