Made more progress on the design and started to print the tank, as that part is finalized. The seat will need some modification because the tail light wants to be integrated but the tire will hit it at full bump, modelled the rest of the front wheel including the brake disc and will need to slightly modify the fork mounts to keep them narrow, fit the headlight into the fairing so I could mount it directly to that instead of having some separate mounting structure. Currently designing the exhaust so I can order bends and start welding them up. It's nice to have a good 3d model of the bike so I can design the exhaust and find interferences before ever cutting metal.

Does the 3D printed tank need some kind of sealant inside to hold petrol in order to not to melt or something?

the 3d printed part of the tank is a cover, the "real" tank is an aluminum cell underneath
