Guys,

I just bought a '76 CJ360T last week for a good price ... $400. It's got 11,000 miles and every part is original except the paint. Does anybody here have one of these bikes? or know someone who does? I've been searching all over the net and didn't find too many folks who ride/own this bike. I would like to make it cafe as it looks the part already from the factory! What are my options in making this a cafe racer? Your thoughts and input will be really appreciated! Thanks!

Thanks for the warm welcome. It's hard not to be a fan of your site/forum. I'm glad I signed up. Anyway, I'm trying to attach a single picture of the bike but can't seem to do so. Do I need permission from a mod?

I really don't want a complete makeover as she looks pretty good as is. Maybe I'll start with clubman's and a new seat. The tank is another one that I was thinking of changing. I like the '69 Bomber tank on one of your bikes, loco! The one with the chrome and knee guards. Where did you find that one? Any of you have any suggestions or parts they want to get rid of?

I think this is the part where I'm supposed to welcome you here... but it's another 360.... so i'll start screaming now!

Welcome, and good luck.

you will find that alot of us have this bike. literally.

i would fab a cowl, get some clip ons, rearsets and some sticky shoes for her. if you feel real spunky, you can also have the disc drilled (if you have it) and even fab out an exhaust. the sky is the limit.

scour the show n shine forum, and the build section, people like Druro, i think noel has had many, mines up there somewhere, and a TON more with mods and changes we have done to the bike.
