Well it has happened.
First sea trial has happened. All good
No leaks - I can now confess that I never tested for leaks, I was just confident that the welds were sound.
Boat went really well.
Sorry about the video quality, the younger generation just don't get about holding the camera still.
Not finished - but it is usable.
Hi Sonic
I am very happy, but it has had limited time on the water. and it was almost glass.
As you can see in the video I did hit some boat wake and on the boat I did not realise how much air we got. The suspension seat mounts only have 45mm of travel but they totally eliminate the jarring.
With 130hp and large reverse chines it jumps up onto the plain.
Now just have to blood the deck! Hopefully this weekend, and maybe a bit more chop to test it.
Looks great. BTW, many places here frown on piwer-loading as it erodes the lake bed behind the boats and makes a severe drop-off. We have to kill the motor and crank them up once they level in the trailer bunks.

Interesting point. Down here no one winches, it is all drive off, drive on. There is only 1 ram I know where I have seen a big boat trailer go over the end and it was no big deal as he still had 2 axles on the ramp!
We are very lucky down here, in the last 12months the government has decided that they will fully fund boat ramps. We used to have to pay $25 to launch, now all fees have been abolished. To cap it off they are also upgrading the ramps according to need. It is all very positive. Most of our boat traffic is coastal rather than lake.
