North Cascades Ride July 16th

Been Around the Block
Im trying to plan a ride from Bellingham to Winthrop and back on July 16th or 17th. A few of us went last year and it was incredible. Check out a map of the North Cascades Highway. Its about 7 hours of seat time and took 9 hours total. Let me know if anyone is interested and if saturday or sunday works best. It would be cool to have more cafe bikes along.

You know I am planning on it. Saturday works best for me, just because of the time to get back and forth to B-ham on top of the ride and work on Monday. Planning on it this year no matter what day it is.

Its only 3 1/2 hours from van. to bellingham. Shuttle that 360 up here. Ive got a cl360 it would be cool to have more small bore bikes on the ride.

Might meet up with you guy's if everything turns out good w/ my bike. Awesome road for thoughs that have never been on it!

I'm certainly down for it when i get my bike in order, we will have to do one once a month or so.

Sounds good man, i'm in Seattle and i actually bought my bike up there by you. So it's not to far of a ride..

I made it last year with out hitting reserve on my 360. What kind of range do you get on the 350?

Not sure yet as I just increased the air intake and main jets size substantially. Should be able to get some riding in next month, weather willing

Yes, We are still on for the 16th. Let me know if you guys are coming up Fri. night. I was thinking about a little beer and BBQ at my place.

Can I post this up at SOHC4 site? I plan on coming up Friday night, so a BBQ sounds good to me.
 
We will meet a my place sat the 16th and plan on leaving around 9:00. Anyone who is coming can PM me and get my address. Any of the Seattle boys in?
