Congrats on the bike mate, let the good times roll indeed! I picked up the exact same model last week too along with an absolute trove of parts. By the sounds of it you have a bunch of parts along with this bike as well, but if it turns out that you're missing something let me know. I'll be following along to see what you do with the old girl.

Just trying to figure out the wiring lol the worst part of my skills i could make this bike look amazing but wiring ia going to me awhile

Simplest solution would be new bare bones harness from spark moto. So much weirdness on the goldwings. I have all the bullet connectors so I'm committed to do make my own lol.
 
I just went to staples and Im getting a high def full color wiring diagram blown up and laminated not that I still know what Im looking at but ill learn
 
I doubt just off these pictures but can anyone tell me what these wires go to i can seem to find any matching wires for them

Look like the horn wires for one side. On my '78 and '79 there is a harness that connects the horns on both sides, and I think I remember it connecting to what you are holding there.
