When: the 2nd sunday of each month. the first being August 8th. noon until whenever..

Where the south west corner of 10th ave on 25th st. infront of AutoDesign NYC. if you need to mapquest it.
255 10th ave,
new york, NY 10001

well... no ones responding? but i see your looking. if no one shows, its cool. i'll be there wrenching rain or shine...

I'm ganna try and make it. Had a few things come up that may make it tough but I'll sure as heck try.

Anyone else? I think Rocan's on vacation other wise I'm sure he'd be up for it.
Maybe worth posting a link to this in Lounge'in at the club? More people would prob see it.

Bump.

I'd be interested in meeting other riders. Especially anyone who's willing to drop some knowledge of vintage motor workings on a newbie with an oldie.

So...who's going to offer up a place and time? Garage? Pub? Borough? Bueller?

I just saw that riders meet up somewhere in Palisades NY every first satuday of the month. That would be this saturday if anyone is interested. The website is www.bikesandbreakfast.com . Looks like a cool ride. They meet from 8am to 11am.

Just to the East of Prospect Park in Brooklyn. I've got a '72 CB350 K4 that I've had for about 2 weeks, and I'm slowly trying to get it working just right. Know of any good shops that don't discourage the bike's owner to stick around and learn a lesson or two?

I do not actually. I just moved back to NY(queens) after being away for many years. I have a 73 CB 350 G and also a 73 CB 350 F. Whats wrong with your bike. Maybe I can help you out.

We should get some meet ups and rides out to the East End of the island. Was out in Montauk this weekend and saw tons of Cafes and Vintage bikes riding around.

Try "speed motorcycle repair" on the upper east side the owner has been there for years and is very knowledgeable. The place is always completely filled with bikes, including allot of vintages

I'm right by Bayside! Northern Blvd and utopia. Um I would try giving "gold coast motorsports" in New Hyde park a call.
(516) 352-7474. I also know of "jars choppers" right on Francis Lewis Blvd near holy cross. But I think he's strictly only Harleys. I haven't gotten far enough in my build to need to take my bike to a shop.

Cool man. Im on northern blvd and corporal kennedy st. We are neighbors. Ive seen a guy on craigslist called moto dr. or something like that. $75 an hour and he comes to you. Also saw a couple others like that. What do you think? Im always kinda skeptical of craigslist.
