Piggyback on my zinc plating

I may interested for an upcoming restoration I'm planning. Do the fasteners need to be prepped beforehand or can I send them as-is?

Large amounts of sludge should be removed, otherwise, oils, dirt, corrosion, and old zinc plating can remain, all parts will go through an automated hot tank before plating. The smoother the surface the more shiny the zinc will be, I've polished the heads of some bolts before having them zinc plated and they come out amazing.

Thanks for the info. I will let you know... when is the cutoff date for this batch?

I'm hoping to be ready to send out mid July, but not in any huge rush. FYI, the plating company I use, Burbank Plating is really quick, generally the parts are being shipped back to me within a day or two of them receiving them. Large USPS flat rate boxes are a great way to save on shipping if you can fit all the parts in one or two of those, max allowable weight is 70lbs.
