Hahaha. Ground corn, or hominy. If you do it right, it's a lot like mashed potatoes with a little more texture. Definitely a southern thing. The gravy is tasso gravy. Tasso is a spiced, smoked pork.

I have the same ratchet. I love it. It's a Craftsman and has been my go to for years. It's only issue has been the way it can spin in the coupling.

The table all the above is piled on

and a spacesaver spare tire for the Stepside.

This next item wasn't given to me "free and clear", but I was given indefinite use of it (he no longer has the room for it, and barely used it when he did)

Not too bad a haul for helping move a house full of furniture ;D
