Post a pic of your latest purchase

Yeah - I like that - looks to be in great condition. I had one for about 6 months in California about 10 years ago now. I loved it but had to sell it when I left the country... what do they go for these days - ballpark?

Well that's a 88' jeep grand wagoneer... Price really varies. This one came with tons of extra parts including the "tombstone" front grill assembly. Price really varies depending on location and the year. I was blessed with this "purchase" to say the least. Good condition, running, complete with rust free body would typically run between $4500-$6000 Low end I'd say. Again it all depends...

Picked this little dude up yesterday. He was an underweight runt who got dropped off at the shelter too soon. He's already figured out pooping outside and his new name (though he still perks up when we say cowboy (the name of my old cat, and his shelter name).

Queensland Heeler

Love heelers. We have two.

He's taking his name quite literally. If I go somewhere he stays within 18" of me and lays down next to my feet. If I move, he moves. Its pretty effing cute.

Good choice Crush, once I have enough yard I will be picking up a Red as well.
I don't think you could find a better breed, but then I am bias lol.

Picked up my tins today...

I'm having "stainless steel" HONDA and 750Four decals made for it as well.

And the new fuel tap arrived Thursday...

Cheapest bike I have picked up to date...

1982(ish) YZ250

It's later than 82, I've got an 82 YZ250, it's still air cooled. Also has completely different rear suspension I'm much more familiar with RM's of that era but couldn't pass up the YZ

last aircooled 125/250 was 81
this one is an 82,a first year water cooler, the 250 was water cooled in 82 as well and all had this revised rear suspension in 82
the only aircooled yz in 82 was the 490 and it never did get wet :D

I preferred the YZ490, except for the 4 speed box it was a real nice bike. It was actually real easy to ride on tight tracks.
My Maico 490 was fantastic on fast tracks but bit of a handful on tight tracks
I guess my 250 is a leftover from previous year?

Last year they mounted the rad on the forks. What a PITA that thing is.

i used to have a blue when i was a kid, smart as hell, she could also jump the fence anytime she liked but she'd always end up sitting on the front door step waiting to be let back in when she got bored with adventuring along the creek that ran out the back of the house.
problem was she wanted company so she'd dig halfway under the fence then jump over it, dig the rest of the way under the fence from the outside to let my mum shi-tzu's out (they weren't smart enuf to do it on their own - dumber than their own shit those dogs are) and the three of them would set off for the day.
the parents decided she was a bad influence on the upholstered rats that they doted on so they gave her away without bothering to tell me.......
i took it as a sign that they could probably do without me too so i moved out very soon afterwards
I'd just turned 17 and had never had a drink, smoked a cigarette or basically misbehaved.......by the time i turned 18 i'd had my bike licence for 3 months and was waiting for a summons to court to lose it, i was drunk 6 days out of 7, had an increasingly bad speed habit and had written off 3 bikes
helluva year....and it only got better from there , ah the 80s

Decided I needed a truck to go to swap meets with.
Something to mess around with, and take to the beach.

1973
350, turbo 400 and a 12 bolt.
Runs great.

Needs some work. Mostly de ghettoing it from the years of derelict owners.
