Nice Jim, that looks well taken care of for sure. If/when you do the forks I have 3 spare caps if you bugger one up. they are unobtanium if you strip the hex hole. ask me how I know and why I have spares LOL.

I had one of those KZ400s. fun little bike but not enough power for me. The brown is the "Deluxe" which means it came with a factory fairing and saddle bags. hopefully your front brake is in good shape beacuse parts are very hard to come by.

That’s good to know! Thanks for that bit of info. I have a parts bike that came with it. Parts bike just doesn’t have a title but everything else is there. This one wasn’t purchased for power or speed haha. My daughter rides with me now, and wanted her own classic to have for a first bike, so in a couple years when she’s ready, this should be in excellent condition for her to ride with me

Nice on getting the daughter riding. So many people want equal rights for women then say no way my daughter is going to ride. If mine wants to she will, I will sign her up for the msf and buy her all her gear.

Honestly couldn’t tell ya lol. Not much I know about these at the moment. But I did come across another for sale that had the full fairing and the hard bags that was previously mentioned.

She rides with me a lot. She’s into it and enjoys it. The only reason I purchased a back rest for my vmax was for her lol. Otherwise we all share that same opinion about the back rests . We currently cruise on this until she gets to where she can ride.

Mine is waiting for the 750 to be finished...she cruises the yard on the ktm currently....momma is slowly coming around to her riding we think...

That’s going to be a cool bike! I like spoked wheels. I’m sure momma will get use to the thought of it. There’s plenty of reason to worry with the drivers we have today
