awesome looking bike. Any review or thoughts on the headlight bucket?

Thanks! It left quite a bit to be desired in terms of fit and finish. The gauge hole isn't quite round, the end isn't cut straight and I had to shorten the mounts quite a bit to get it to fit. I also had to get a different trim ring even though it's supposed to fit a 360. Basically, I wasn't very impressed. If I do a similar style again, I'll probably carve it out of foam and glass it myself then just buy some 350 mounting ears.

that's too bad. I am looking for just that type of headlight and unfortunately BCR is really the only one readily on the market.

If you are looking for a custom built for you exhaust, check out what I am making now...there will be an extra made to fit a 360...

Also, your bike turned out amazing! I am starting to wish I hadn't chopped in to my tank and just have mounted it.
How long can you ride with a full tank of gas?

Yeah, I checked out your exhaust. Looks sweet. Chris and I talked about me picking up the extra, I'm still a bit undecided. I'm sure your next batch of photos will make me pull the trigger.

The tank holds ~2 gallons. I can ride ~100 miles. :(

Speaking of 100 miles, I got the motor back in the bike and put 100 miles on it yesterday! New photos are coming soon.

absolutly amazing build!!!! looks amazing, what colour is that tank, is it pearlescent?

thanks

It's an old Nissan color. Picked it out from the books at the paint shop.

Lots of photos coming up from a photo shoot. Here's an unedited.

I've thought about it. I'm actually working on a new seat that will tie the paint in the back. Stay tuned. :-D

i have to say that i am TOTALLY impressed with this build!!! what a class act and it looks like you did it without breaking the bank. this inspires me big time on my '72 cl350 build (love the colors, the headlight, the exhaust, everything!)
