Quick Q - what tools to remove rims on older CBs?

Hey guys, I'm going to look at and hopefully pick up my first bike tomorrow and I was wondering what tools are needed to remove the front and rear wheels from the bike? I'm going to be taking my SUV and the bike should fit with the seats down and the wheels off the bike (I'm hoping anyway ...) Anyway, I've got 3 that I might be looking at, so any help would be appreciated. The 3 bikes are:

'76 CB360T
'72 CL350
'67 CB175

but really
i would bring a good metric ratchet set. the rear axle nut on my cb360 is 22mm so youll need a big one to get that off. the front comes off with 4 bolts i think theyre 13 or 12mm. and youll need a philips screwdriver to disconnect the speedometer cable. not sure about the other two bikes but they should have similar setups. after removing the rear seat i can fit my cb360 completely inside my honda cr-v with the wheels still on somehow. :D hopefully these bikes have titles so you dont have to go through the painstaking process.

Thanks for the heads up. Sadly, my SUV's seats don't come all the way out. Only the '67 CB175 doesn't have a title, but it's the sweetest looking one ... :'( It's also the farthest away, so I'll most likely end up passing on it.

If you're that in love with it you can get it titled for under 300

Depending on your state some are cheaper than others to get things titled, DON'T go through a title agency else where until you check it out, my bike done BY OKLAHOMA LAW is going to cost about 150 bucks from start search to title in hand and that includes DMV fees.

AS far as what it takes to get the wheels off, ONE BF Adjustable wrench for the back wheel, Something that will do at least 19mm or and 1". ONE hammer and possibly a LONG punch or screw driver to knock the rear axle out if it doesn't pull out.

FRONT can be the same as the rear OR a 12-14 mm wrench or an adjustable that will do that.

plyers, in case something doesn't come apart on the front brake and for the rear stay and brake rod pins.

Possibly a Philips and flat head screw driver.

NOW, UHALL will rent you a trailer for about 28 bucks a day if you return the thing back at the same place you got the trailer. SUV has to have a hitch and light plug though. I've brought 5 bikes home with their shit in tow. It's worth every penny to me since I'm not tearing a bike down in someones yard, I'm not getting crap and oil and gas all up in my nice Nitro, and I can pack all the stuff I need to in the trailer.

I'll add some pliers and adjustables to the tool list. I wanted to do that, but I don't have a trailer hitch. I did, however, buy a nice sized tarp to lay down in the back of the SUV ... ;D

Hah, I've been reading up on the get your title in Maine thread here ...

there is a rogue bolt on the inner side of the left front fork that is at an awkward angle it is hooked up to the brakestay i think. You should bring one of those swivel head do hickeys for an wratchet arm.

Thanks for all the heads up. I ended up buying the first one I looked at, the '73 CL350. Got the thing loaded up in the back of my GF's parents '00 MB ML430 without taking either of the wheels off. The trunk didn't close, but the guy gave us a ratcheting strap and all was well. This was the only shot I got. That's my friend who came to help.

Haha ohw i love the shots with bikes cramped in to cars. I really think it's the first hurdle to take to diy bikebuidling.
Besides that new projects are always such a spirit booster!
