Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals - Now for DanMoto/Acewell gauges

Coast to Coast
Not trying to step on any toes as I know other members on here are making these. I spent some time in the last few weeks making these for my bikes and have come up with some designs I think are pretty different from what is out there.

So far I've done one for the CB350F (silver) and the CB350 (black/red) twin. If you have a different bike or design idea, PM me and we may be able to work something out. I have a few more I'm working of too. I'll post those when I get them done.

The "Accent" colors on these can be interchanged easily.

On the CB350 twin, the 4 and 8 are cut out for the warning lights, but I left them in the print file.

As far as pricing goes, It will most likely be around the same as the others. $12 for 1, $20 for both. Shipped to your door. US & Canada.

If you'd rather just buy the files and have them printed in your town, PM me.

Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals

They look great ;D

Competition is always good for the consumer :p

Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals

Not yet, But any of the designs can be made to work with any face for any bike. Just need the layout. Send over a scan of the face, or you can send me the faces to scan and I'll send them back with your decals.

Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals

just shipped out some cb360 faces for you to scan in.

Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals

I like what you have here, but do you have any sort of "antique" Smith's style faces worked up yet?...I have some photos of various gauges from old bikes, cars, even coffee machines that I've been photographing over the years that (one I find them), I can send you, which might give you a better idea of what I'm thinking about...

Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals

Would also love to see some cb360 faces. Very nice designs you have so far. Very interested in getting some in the future.

Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals

I like the first pic waaaaay better. Those two sets are bomb! I would buy a set from you of the silver style for a CB750. Have you thought of playing with the color white though by chance?

Not yet, But send over the photos and I'll see what I can work up. I'm working on "Industrial Metal" and an "old Clock" style sets now. I'll post them when they are done.

CB360 Faces are in the works. Stay Tuned! Basically any style can be plugged into and face.

Glad you like them! Playing with white a little, but there are a bunch of white ones out there so I'm trying to create different once. I don't have CB750 faces, but you can Scan your set, or mail them to me. I'll scan them and send them back to you with your decals. (I can even apply the decals if you want)

If you have any questions, or want to send me photos, PM me.

Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals

Here is the "old Clock" style I've been working on.

More to come.

I might also be interested in the black version for a 1981 CB750K I will soon be taking apart and doind a cafe build.

What about the black with the same design except instead of the sprocket possibly adding the japanese flag design as the background.

Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals

Working on a "Rising Sun" flag design. Kind of "battle-ship/WWii Inspired. I'll put a Flag in the black one for kicks... maybe tomorrow or over the weekend. I have some work deadlines that I actually should work on instead of these... :D

Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals

hard to see, be there is a concentric circle pattern on the face that ir subtle, but adds a little something I think.

So is this a CB360 face based off the ones I sent you?
Looks nice.

Re: Gauge Faces / Speedo Tach Decals

It can be. I've scanned them in and started to layout the speedo and tach, but I've been slammed at work this week. I'll have them done this weekend. Let me know what design you like and I'll use that one when I post them.

I look forward to seeing what it looks like.
Now how hard is it to take everything apart and install them?

is it possible to flip the colors on your latest post above? Like maybe black background with white or light colored concentric circles and maybe a red HM logo?
