I need more of the master cylinder, and how it is actuated. Brake pedal, etc.

I have the caliper mount all worked out.

Justin, Here are a few pictures (pre-paint) It was real simple. I just made a bracket for the brake pedal and master cylinder. Put it where you want it, make sure it pushes in a straight line and weld it up. If you need more details/pics let me know. I think disc brake setups are easier to fab up than a properly working drum setup. They have fewer moving parts.

Well I finally got her back on two wheels. I got my new 2.15/19 laced up and mounted. I still need..................

Hook up brakes
wire/electronics
front fender
seat
chain
throttle hook up
side cover install
dash/instruments

Over all I'm happy with the progress. She should be back to life in a few days.

she looks crazy different, i like it heaps mate well done, paint is wicked . looks like she will be a heap of fun to ride.

If she's gonna be an off-road bike I'd stick a little bit of closed-cell padding, maybe a half-inch or three-quarter inch thick piece just on the flat.

I made a fiberglass seat pan that bolts to the rear hump, Its been at the upholsterer for 2.5 weeks. I'm getting tired of waiting. It should be super comfy.

I need some inspiration for my front fender. The one I was planning on using just doesn't cut it for me. One possible thought I had was a silver supermoto fender. thanks

There is a KLR fender in My garage mite that work it yours if you want it

Pete; That fender would be sweet, but its a little expensive. :-\ I am still trying to figure out what fender to go with will continue to search. I did get some electrical work done today. I got the battery mounted and the tail light and rear turn signals wired up. I will work on it some more tomorrow and snap some pictures.
