Hello again DoTheTon! I was here a lot years back and then life got in the way of motorcycles. My wife and I both went full time on our business about 5 years ago and between that and raising three kids I haven't had any time for my old hobby. I sold off all of my bikes except for my 71 cb750 and an 87 goldwing that I was in the middle of cutting up. My oldest son Robbie (who is now 19!) bought a 2005 Suzuki GS500F this summer and it got me itching to ride again. Here's Rob's bike.

So I started looking around for something. I came across an ad for a 93 Nighthawk 750 for $1200. I sent the link to Rob that night. The next morning my wife told me that we had to go pick up a piece of furniture that she had bought. You see what happened here... Rob sent the link to my wife, who bought me the bike!!! It was all cruisered out with homemade highway pegs and cheap saddle bags, but it was a steal at 1200. Here's a pic I snapped about 30 seconds after I saw it.

I'm going to do a few little things as I ride for now. But as soon as winter comes I'm going start taking this bike apart... I'm already putting together a parts list. I'll start a project thread as soon as I start working on her.
I just wanted to say hi and ease myself back in to this great community.

Dolores is right where I left her bro! About 3/4 of the way through another refreshing... Only this time we had a 5 or 6 year pause! I think I'm going to bite the bullet and get back to work on her again.
Man you can believe it or not, but I was thinking about you the other day. I'm glad you're still kicking around here. How's life? Still got that bad ass truck? Going to Barber this year?
