When i refer to landspeed bikes it not only is it a pushing contest with the air infront but it is also how you leave the air behind that counts ,how you close the air . A hyabusa here in australia that has run 257 at bonneville has 120 kg of ballast added and has 3 bags of ice in the intercooler , and he still turns the tire at that speed because he cant push the air out of the way .
