Switches are bought according to the bike's system. You just bought the wrong switch. K&S switches are already overpriced as it is. They'd be twice as much if you could choose your own adventure.

teazer said:All is not lost. Order a relay and wiring from Sonrier and ask him how to wire it up for that kill switch to work. You will need a 5 terminal relay so that it has a Normally Closed connection that you would wire into the ignition circuit. When you pull the Kill button, the relay will switch to OPEN and power to the ignition will be cut.
He's the electrical parts guy, so order from him and ask him how to wire it up- just to be sure.
