So hit a huge snag last night.
In a rush and powder coated the rear shock linkage, but left in the plastic bushings. Of course they melted all to hell.

Tried to turn some aluminum replacements but ran out of alum stock.

Tried to turn some pvc replacements but don't have the correct size pvc.

So calling the kawi dealer now in hopes of finding some but it's doubtful.

Anybody got a lower linkage for a 2008 ninja 250 they can bring to barber? Hahah

Can you not machine some pvc or similar material? Or have you tried McMaster? That can have it to you tomorrow.

pvc is not good for that, delrin is what you need
any local machine shop should have some delrin stock
