Standard foot rest with clipons?

How uncomfortable is riding a CB350 with standard foot pegs and clipons?

I have seen a few with the standard foot pegs and also with rear sets.

I would be looking to purchase slipstream billets rear sets because they make best use of the existing brake rod and rear light and brake switch.

I appreciate all the input good back or ugly.

It sucks. Not only because of the cramped riding position, but clip ons with standard pegs reduces your ability to properly control the bike using your body. If you run clip ons, you really really really should run rear sets.

Also... Side note. Before your membership I had never heard of a Scotch Egg. Now thanks to Google I know what they are. And I want one. Now. Seeing as this is your fault, I think it's only fair you buy. ;)

Seriously though, I am hunting for a restaurant near me that makes them. I really want to try one.

+1. It's awful. I rode with clip-ons and stock pegs on my KZ400 for one summer and couldn't ride more than 15 minutes without my back hurting.

They are correct, it is not a smart way to go. I know what a scotch egg is and I think it's time to taste one again. Who's buying? :)

I hadn't heard of the scotch egg either… But after googling, I'll try one!

If it's legal I will send you one. PM me your address

Thanks for the replies everyone. Looks like I will be ordering rear sets from slipstream.
