Well, there will be 4 steel C channel beams running between the 2 walls that are up.

Nice, I am going to guess with the flat roof there is now need for snow loads etc where you are ;D

Haha no, the closest snow in winter is a couple of hours away, its not a completely flat roof there is a fall to the deck side

It looks like you've got some really cool/interesting property there. I'm excited to see what it turns into.

Also if you're interested you should post up on GarageJournal. The folks on there would love to see this thing too. Spending time looking over all the stuff on there can only make your build better (and possibly more expensive)

Well today I finished framing all the walls, so tomorrow I will put on the framing ply to the outside wall. Once that's done I will measure up for the 4 roof perlins and roofing iron and also count up how many sheets of ply I will need to line the internal walls then I can start ruffing in all the power, lighting and audio cables (lucky i'm a registered cabler ) before the insulation goes in ;D
