If you're familiar with the old Hondas, then you know how anemic the charging system can be. You want to run a new 55W halogen bulb? Charging system says no. LI-ION battery? Not without some considerations. High powered three Ohm ignition coils? Better think twice. Well not anymore!

Our new Tri-Sparck three phase stator conversion will help to solve your charging needs. Our replacement stator uses heavy duty 16 gauge wire, wound around a newly-designed stator core with NINE poles. It's married to our unique three phase regulator/rectifier to provide usable power all the way from idle. Also included in the kit is all the necessary hardware for installation as well as detailed instructions.

Yup. It's been designed specifically for all the Honda twins sold between the late 60s and late 70s.

We have yet to test it, but I suspect it will also fit into the earlier twins (such as the CB77) and some of the singles (like the XL and CB125).

If it will fit into a CB350, it will fit into an XL175. That's a 6v to 12v mod for an XL175.

I just received notification from the factory that their production is running late. Expected shipping date is now the end of April. :(
 
Even at $250.00 it's a bargain, if I ever have charging issues on any of my 378's I'll be getting one (or two, or 5 ;D )

We've just received notification from the manufacturer that the production run is complete and has been shipped out. With any luck, the stators will be arriving with us this week!

Time to get some instructions written up and get these bad boys shipped out!

Looking for the 450 application update. I know you've had "too many projects and not enough time" dilemmas but hoping you've been able to spend some time on this. I'm riding in the winter and with my electric suit, I'm barely keeping warm with the battery staying charged.
